You can find me doing a few things in the next few months:
St. Paul Pasig HUMSS Talk
I’ll be speaking with the Grades 11 and 12 students at St. Paul’s College, Pasig, as part of the “Home Grown Stories from Home Town Glories” series for HUMSS students. Initially set for August 10, 2016, but because of the rain, it’s probably going to be postponed to August 24, 2016. I’ll be with Sophia Lee, the author ofย What Things Mean, which won the Scholastic Asia Book Award in 2014.
The Philippine Readers & Writers Festival 2016
I’ll be at the PH Readers & Writers Festival for two days, for two different events:
Aug 26 (AM) – I’ll be at a panel with the UP Press on speculative and realist fiction, entitled “Lines of Flight” with the likes of Eliza Victoria, Dean Alfar, Charlson Ong, and Neil Garcia. Event poster is below:
Aug 27 (AM) – I’ll be part of the Visprint book launch, where they will be launching “Instructions on How to Disappear” along with Eliza Victoria’s new book “Wounded Little Gods” and John Jack Wigley’s “The Lait Chronicles,” a collection of creative non-fiction. You can read the announcement over at Visprint’s official Twitter account here:

Manila International Book Fair 2016
I’ll be at the Visprint/Meganon Comics book on September 16, 2016, though I don’t really have a timeframe yet. I’ll probably update this sooner to that date.
See you guys!
